Faros’ customers include healthcare providers engaged in risk-based contracts, such as accountable care organizations (ACOs) and providers in gainsharing agreements that require advanced algorithms to deliver actionable results that address specific problems. In particular, Faros is focused on care beyond the clinic through case management, since healthcare organizations must closely monitor and improve health on an ongoing basis for complex conditions such as behavioral health.
