Describe your role at Faros Health

‍

‍As CEO, I ensure our team has everything needed to be successful. Building relationships, raising capital, conducting sales calls, managing financials, and hiring team members are all important components of my job—but no two days are the same!

‍

Why do you choose to work in healthcare?

‍

The healthcare industry offers a tremendous opportunity to serve people, often at some of the most challenging times in their lives. While the industry has many great aspects, much of the system is broken and unsustainable in its current state. I am deeply committed to being part of the change that improves healthcare for everyone.

What are you currently working on that you're most excited about?

‍

I'm thrilled about the upcoming launch of Faros Health ENLIGHT! Bringing this innovative platform to life has been an incredible journey, and we're now in the final stages of development. I can't wait to see the positive impact it will have.

What's your favorite core value and why?

‍

'Go boldly' might be my favorite because it requires courage, confidence, and a sense of adventure despite the ambiguity and unknown ahead. I also love 'People first, always' because it embodies the value we place on every relationship we form.

Outside of work, where would we find you

‍

You can find me enjoying the outdoors with my wife and daughter, exploring new coffee shops (I'm a bit of a coffee nerd), dining with friends, or serving entrepreneurs in South Dallas with my church.
